Cardinal

Cardinal was one of the towns displaced by the opening of the St. Lawrence Seaway. The cemetery is now under water but the headstones were moved, along with the village, to higher ground.

Easton's Corners ("old" cemetery)

Two cemeteries. On the N.east side of Maitland Rd. is the "new" cemetery, on both sides of the church. On the S.west side is the "old" cemetery. The cemetery is well-maintained. When we visited, however, at the back of the cemetery, a tree was damaged and in risk of falling

Long Island Wesleyan Methodist Cemetery, Rideau Road, Manotick, Ontario

Headstones from a small and neglected cemetery near the Rideau River. I was surprised by the cemetery because it is in the middle of a suburban tract, on a pice of land which just looks like a lot awaiting development.

Moodie Family Cemetery

We just discovered this tiny cemetery last summer. It isn't exactly "lost". It is located on Rideau River Road, right next to the new Vimy Bridge.

I have to research the names.

The cemetery is "unofficially" the Moodie Cemetery and is located in Claudette Cain Park, 660 River Road.
