| This is an image I created from a full-color photo of a peony taken at the Experimental Farms. herbaceous border.
I manipulated it (using Picasa software) by transforming the original colour image into a sepia-toned one. I then repeatedly shrpened, hazed, warmed, and reduced the saturation of the image until I achieved the Daguerre-like image. I have included the original image which I manipulated to achieve the final image. |
